There can be a few causes, below you can find different solutions/control actions.

  1. There is a delay of maximum 1 minute between entering an activity on the dashboard and the appearance of the activity on the DayClock. Be patient.
  2. The activity only appears within the time and date range you have entered.
  3. The username is incorrect due to:
    1. (Wrong) use of capital letters, spaces or enters.
    2. Pressing a key (letter or digit) on the keyboard for too long. This causes the keyboard to enter a different character.
  4. The password is incorrect due to:
    1. (Wrong) use of capital letters, spaces or enters.
    2. Pressing a key (letter or digit) on the keyboard for too long. This causes the keyboard to enter a different character.
  5. The WiFi is incorrect, due to:
    1. Pressing a key (letter or digit) on the keyboard for too long. This causes the keyboard to enter a different character.
    2. Check ‘show password’ to see what you have entered and correct possible errors.
  6. Eventually, press the testbutton twice. When correct, the message will be: “Username/ password are valid.”
    1. When the message states: “Username and/or password are NOT valid”, the username, password or WiFi is incorrectly entered.
  7. When the above solutions do not work and the message still does not appear on your DayClock, try the following to check your WiFi connection:
    1. Use a smartphone with Hotspot application.
    2. Turn on the hotspot and note the corresponding number.
    3. Connect the DayClock to the hotspot by selecting the hotspot in the WiFi options on the DayClock.
    4. Administer the corresponding number on your DayClock and save it.
    5. When the activity appears on the DayClock within 1 minute there is a problem in the WiFi connection.
  8. Turn the hotspot off after the test.
